·  يجب إعادة العناصر في غضون 2 يومًا من تاريخ التسليم.

·  يجب أن تكون العناصر غير ملبوسة ، وغير مغسولة ، ومرفقة بعلامات أصلية.

·  يجب إرجاع جميع البضائع في عبوتها الأصلية.

لا يمكن أستبدال أو أسترجاع أي طلب من المحاقظات خارج القاهرة والجيزة

لا يمكن استبدال اللانجري والملابس الداخليه و الفساتين

لأسباب تتعلق بالصحة العامة ، تعتبر جميع ملابس السباحة والملابس الداخلية و الأكسسوارات بيعًا نهائيًا (لا يمكن إرجاعها)

RETURNS POLICY:

If you wish to return an item(s), please make sure that the item(s) are in full accordance with our Return Policy:

·  Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.

·  Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

·  All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.

.  There is no refund or exchange outside Cairo and Giza Governorates.

·  For sanitation reasons, all swimsuits and underwear and accessories are final sale (Cannot be returned).

·  For the sunglasses you only have the option to exchange them but they might be in the original status of receiving them.
